Old guys and gals
Many old old old characters of mine, mostly from around 2010-2015 I think! Some of my old ocs are in other folders for story purposes and such but the rest are kept here, safe and sound. Most of them have gotten redesigns over the years but some are still (and forever) in their former glory and I love them for that!!! Stay neon!! Unlike my other characters, these guys can be drawn in their older designs if you feel like it,,, I don't care and actually I want to see it, use which ever design you feel like !!! The redesigns may be easier on the eyes but we live for the eyeburn neon rainbow cringe here!!!! Yayyyyyyy
I know legend names for stories are such a cliché and old and gringey BUT that's how I named this story when I was like 13 and I don't feel like changing it. It's truly legendary at this point. And I'm bad with names so coming up with a new one would be too much work for my lazy self.
Haku and the Legend is a.. story.. I tried animating when I was very young and didn't know anything about animating nor writing. Actually, I didn't write it at all. Nor plan. I just drew and animated whatever I felt like. Sadly the episodes have been lost in time and I don't remember anything about it, but I mean. I had fun.
This was my "first ever" story (not counting the ones I made when I was a literal baby), Shiro is my first ever oc and the drawing below featuring all the characters is my first ever digital drawing. I wanted to animate this one so badly but never got around to it as I was just learning and my skills were... well, not amazing.
Back then "Shiro and friends" was very heavily inspired (or copied, who knows) from a finnish animation series called "Meseseikkailu" or something. It had only one episode if I can recall correctly and it was probably just a joke but it was SO PRETTY. At least to little me. The style was so cool and realistic yet unique. I can't find it anymore (probably lost in time) but I loved it SO MUCH back then. I watched it ALL THE TIME. I can't remember who made it nor what really happened in the episode but omg I was obsessed. So I did what young people do and made my own version of it. Or, well, tried to. I never actually got to animating it but I drew a lot of my stupid characters and had fun with it. The character designs surprisingly aren't copies of the original characters, but the idea was very much the same.
Nowadays I, uh, I am not sure what's the story with Shiro and her friends. It's definitely not a copy of my childhood obsession anymore though.
Also, btw, I refuse to redesign them. My babies. This is where everything began and it's important to me, lol.
