I’m sorry, I deleted my last bulletin because I wasn’t aware it would cause such an uproar. It was just a simple inquiry because I’m at a crossroad with this issue. Truth be told I sincerely don’t know how to handle this particular situation and if anyone has constructive feedback I would appreciate it. No, I’m not trying to profit off an old design. I don’t need to. However, I do agree with the notion that it shouldn’t be sold just because we don’t know who owns that design. So I won’t resort to a resale even though there has been a violation. I was wrong to jump to that immediately.

Sometimes, I can be impulsive with my quick decision making and it often times it can be the wrong way to handle things. So, with that being said we’ll continue to figure out a solution that doesn’t involve revoking a design or anything of that nature. All I know is that a design that was meant for trading only, was sold to someone without their knowledge of a tos violation being involved. I’m sure there is a better way to go about this, and any help would be appreciated.
