Detective's universe

An unnamed species of aliens discovers Earth exists and thinks Earth is really cool. Because Earth is groovy and different, the aliens love Earth, but there's one alien who thinks Earth's rad-tastical-ness should be shared with the whole universe, and that alien goes by the name of Movey. An alien who has been named Detective has moved to Earth and, pretending to be a human, joined a police department as a detective. Detective needs to find a way to stop Movey from bringing all planets in the universe to the Milky Way
