By purchasing an artwork from Vesocile you are agreeing to the terms of service below, If you are not comfortable with my T.O.S and/or are not going to agree with them, I suggest you to look for another artist.
General
- These terms can and will change at any time without warning.
- ANY HARRASSMENT ABOUT THE PRIDE SELFIE YCH WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
- If I think I won't do a good commission for you I will tell you and I am in my right to decline it.
- Be nice, any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. (You will get three warnings!)
- You are only purchasing the digital file, not the printed art
- DO NOT. USE MY ART FOR NFT/AI FEEDING.
- Art is a luxury- if the prices are too high for you, that's only for you. They're not too high for everyone else. I don't need input about how you can't afford what I sell.
- You may not trace, recolor, resell, heavily reference, claim, reuse, license or anything related without my permission.

Payment
-I accept Paypal and sometimes deviantART points payments.
-I require full payment before I start the artwork. (Unless we discuss otherwise)
-The currency I accept is CAD/USD. (If you have specified you are in Canada on your profile, you will get invoiced in CAD, but if you are anywhere else, you will get invoiced in USD)
-I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared.
-The points shall only be paid through the commission widget unless stated otherwise.
-Payment must be done within 48 hours.
-There will be no refunds.
As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it:
- Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
- Promote myself with it in any place.
As a commissioner you may:
- Use my art for PERSONAL USE ONLY
- Re-post the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).
- Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
- Use it as decoration for your social medias as long as you're not making any profit with it[the art].
You are NOT ALLOWED to:
- Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way, including but not limited to, NFT.)
- Take credit for the art.
- Remove my watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

Commission process
-Always send clear references please.
-I always try to finish the commission ASAP, however please be patient with me.
-It takes me to finish a commission between 1-2 weeks (since the moment I start working on your commission, I will let you know when I actually begin).
-I "feature" comments on the post you commented on as I work on the commissions, and un-feature them when I am finished and they are waiting to post.
-The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 3 months. (I'll give specific reasons for why I can't finish before said month finishes!)
-If you need your commission for a certain date, you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.
-If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified.
-WIPs may be given more than once, if I; the artist, wonder something about the commission.
-Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
-After a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made. If any at all.

I've been accepted into college <3
It's not my first time, but it's my first time at this specific school! (I went to the same school/campus 3 years in a row!)
This time I'll be studying in the city, whereas my last time was in a "small" town. (I'm comparing this to home... and there was 10x the amount of people there than there EVER has been here LOL)
I'm so happy and proud of myself for pushing myself!
Now it's just a matter of getting out of this hole. OTL
I've yet to find out if I have funding, but the worker at the band office tells my mum that she "wished more people would go back to school!" SO I'm taking that as "Hey, tell your damn kid to go back to school! >:0" LOL
I'm sure that'll sort itself out now that I have an acceptance letter <3 ((Most of you won't get this, but it's okay. You don't need to.))
This is also the first time I've submitted an application with my preferred name. I'm just gonna leave that there.
I've also got a mini temp job, and I'm excited for that.
It's almost too good to be real.. I feel like I need to wake up..

I'm sorry I've been dragging my feet with commissions, I'm in a very dark mindset and am currently working my way through it.
I'm in the "If I have no commissions I won't have anything to do.." kinda mind set, and it really is an awful one to be stuck in.
