Adoptable T.O.S

Auctions will be held on both DA and Toyhouse, being posted through bulletin & character creation.

• Payment via Paypal only. Bid responsibly! You have 24h to pay, or else it will go to the person with the second highest bid.
• Please include my name as the designer.
• You will be free to make an OC from the design and adjust details, but the right to the artwork is mine . please do not claim that yours.
• If the bid-price is still running at near of closing time . Auction closing time will be add for 15 minutes as a snipe guard until final price is reached.
• Trades, gifting or reselling is okay, If you want to Change character’s owner, please inform me!
• Can be used commercially only if AB.

Commission T.O.S

I. General

• Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.
• Payment via Paypal.
• All commissions are for PERSONAL and NON-COMMERCIAL purposes only.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
• It will take me maximum 3 months to finish the commission (normally 1-2 months).

II. WORKING PROCESS

• Working process: Confirm commission, quote → Customer pays 100% of painting money → Start working → Send painting.
•Payment 100% in advance. Unless your total amount exceeds $250+, you can pay 50% before the sketch and 50% after the sketch.
• Any major changes related to layout, expressions, character poses, etc. must be made before the sketch is approved. After approving the sketch, you will not be allowed to edit the above mentioned items. above.
• You have 3 requests to edit small details (not affecting the concept).
• Subsequent edits will incur additional charges.
• I will update progress regularly.

COMMERCIAL COMMISSION

• 2x price compared to base price.
• I will not post your commission without permission.
• Commission copyright belongs to you. but please credit me as the designer/illustrator.
• I will prioritize commercial commissions and manage my queue to skip the waitlist if possible.

III. CANCELATION AND REFUND

• I do not accept refunds for any reason. You can cancel the commission, but the money will not be refunded.
• for errors that arise from my side (cannot complete , lost files, missed deadlines too long ...). I will refund 70-100% of the order value.

NOTES

• My waitlist slot does not require upfront payment but please be responsible. I will contact you for payment when I'm able to work on your commission.
• You can order a priority commission to skip the waitlist and get your commission done by a deadline. Rush order fee is 30% of the base price.
• I'm easy-going so all agreements can be made by negotiation. don't worry (´｡ • ᵕ • ｡`)
