Man I love losing three friends due to someone saying I spite copied when I didn’t do it on purpose nor was it my Intention too.

No one literally hears the other side and it hurts.

At this point i want nothing to do with this issue, i tried leaving this issue alone since it wasn't my fight or problem. I was simply trying to share a PSA doc for my mutuals experience to someone and state how certain ocs are revoked due to what they done and all i got from it was harassment. Harassed over a stupid rule multiple artists have and isn't being harassed for it, a rule multiple artists have enforced and haven't been harassed for it, had people make BURNER ACCOUNTS to tell them how shitty they are and start a whole tumblr arguement over. LEAVE. ME. ALONE.

I don't even care about the oc's anymore Butterz can fucking have them but im revoking Cadberry, THAT'S IT. Im at my ends rope and the stress is causing me to fucking melt down so please just leave me alone.

If you have a problem talk to the people who actually made the doc not me. Im so damn tired.. i dont want to talk about this anymore and after this im not, im blocking anything related to this.

by doing business with me, you're agreeing to my tos

COMMISSIONS:

-You MUST pay upfront when you commission me, failure to do so or trying to get me to accept payment after drawing will get your commission CANCELLED.

- My turn around time when commissioning me is about 1-5 days depending on what you order (i will alert you if time is extended)

-I will take my time UNLESS you tell me you want a due date in which I will charge a small rush fee

-DON'T use my art for commercial purposes, merch, video game etc. You can commission me for product that's for that purpose which will be charged more.

-Don't rush me or pester me for updates when I gave you one recently (I will refund you and cancel)

-There's NO refunds once the commission has started. (you will get refunded if I'm unable to do your commission)

-Please don't edit my art or pay/ask others to "fix" my art. That's rude.

-I have all right to cancel your commission if you ask for something inappropriate, morally wrong and more.

-You must properly credit me for the work I did

-If you randomly cancel your commission while it's in the lining progress, then you will only be getting HALF of your money back.

CUSTOMS:

- Payment upfront

-Asking for a custom based off hate groups, Irl people and other heavily inappropriate topics will get your commission cancelled

-credit me as the maker of the character/don't take credit for my design

-Redesigns are fine as long as the Og design is still recognizable

-DON'T resell any of my designs for higher unless it has extra art attached

-Don't buy my designs then trade/sell it away instantly (at least wait a few weeks or days). Gifting to others is fine.

-I'm not responsible for any co-own drama that happens if you choose to co-own the design

-PLEASE provide me with what you want your custom to be and not just say "I don't know, anything is fine". I'll accept mood boards, color pallets, explaining what you want and inspo pics.

-Don't use my designs for nasty art or rps like noncon, zoo, pedo, proship etc.

-Don't make feral nsfw with my designs

-Nsfw of my designs is allowed if your above 18!

-If i find out you tricked me into making a copy of someone else's Oc, i will take that oc back and scrap them (along with telling the original owner what your trying to do.)

OC TAKE BACKS:

NOTE: I DO NOT TAKE OCS BACK OFTEN, LET ALONE AT ALL UNLESS THE USER IS PROBLEMATIC

-I will take a oc back if the user is a pedophile, groomer, harasser, racist, transphobic/homophobic, proshipper etc

-i will take a oc back if i find out your half of a custom trade/art payment is traced, straight up copied off someone's oc etc

-if the oc is co-owned and one owner comes out as problematic, i will not take back but i give permission for the second owner to have full ownership and they decide what to do

-The oc/oc's will be revoked if i find out your using my designs for any of the above stuff in rule #1

-If you buy a design by me and a day later you sell it, i will take it back (why would you even buy it if you're just gonna sell it a day or so later?, if it's for a emergency PLEASE state that and ill allow you to sell it for the price you bought it as unless it has extra art, then you can up the price.)

-When a oc is revoked i always try to offer compensation (if you didn't pay for the oc with money, you will be compensated with art.), If you run or avoid being compensated then its no longer my responsibility and you will just not be compensated.

-I don't revoke all of my designs when something happens, just the one that means most, but if i find out your being greatly disrespectful or downright nasty to me and other people ALL of my designs will be revoked.

-If my designs are given to blacklisted users then the design will automatically go back to me. (My blacklist may seem "dumb" or "personal", its because it is. Half of those people i went through that with them for years and seen them do those acts to the people i care about. I can provide evidence for their reasonings their there if asked but i will not be starting up another issue openly unless i need too.)

-If you turn out problematic, no matter the time frame you got the oc im allowed to take my designs back as i see fit.

END NOTE: i DO get easily stressed to the point of meltdowns so when im revoking i will not fight you over the issue especially after i offer compensation. You will just be blocked and a new profile will be made of the oc and the old will be reported to toyhouse.

If other artist's can revoke a design without anyone batting a eye at them or harassing them, so can i. Anyone who harasses me over it will just be blocked and reported (aka, making burner accounts to harass me, constantly name calling me, threatening me etc).

(And no im not breaking toyhouse rules since my buyers are always aware and i can provide proof of them being aware of such rule.)

CO-OWNING:

*I don't co-own with anyone I'm not close with, let alone at all. *

OC 'LOOK ALIKES':

-Please don't come to me to start drama if you believe our ocs are similar just because a commonly used color pallet is used.

-If you believe a oc is very similar please come to me with what exactly is similar and if it is to similar i will change them. (I do not copy designs on purpose or concepts)

-You do not own a pose, a color pallet, a species, anything commonly used so i am free to make what i want.

-Do not copy my oc concepts (as in copying what they literally are from top to bottom without your own spin to it, species, colors, theme whatever. Be creative with it and not make a exact copy)

-If you label me as a 'Oc copycat', please provide me proof of me doing such action to you. Not just me using the same species and common color pallet.

-I get stressed easily so i will not fight you over a fictional creature that's not real. If i need to change something I will, but i will not be threatened, guilt tripped and more into doing so. (this is literally for people who THINK I copied their oc when its just the same species and color.)

-Don't threaten me with a blacklist over something that wasn't done on purpose or if i don't agree with you on the similarity. ------------------------------------------------------------------

•SaltySara - guilt tripper, ships with Nazi Ocs, SA’s my Ocs during Rps, judges my friends for no reason, toxic but plays it as love. (Permanent)

•Kitchen_dub - babied me for years and guilt tripped me when I brought it up, made it sound like my own friends were after me, more guilt trip and more. (Permanent)

My toyhouse will be on lockdown for a while due to a user who seems like they can't keep their hands to themselves and not touch other people's stuff when it comes to tracing and ripping off. No i will not be making a beware the person is already on my blacklist permanently and im not in contact with them nor want too i cut them off a while ago, so if you're the person who's tracing me do me a favor and please leave me alone.
