WELCOME TO BLACKBAY — however i'm not quite sure if welcome is the proper choice of words to be used here. based within the world of immineo and in the state of beck. blackbay is the furthest idealization of your ideal-vacation place.
in fact, tourism is almost always disencourgaed by outsiders.
blackbay is widely known for the large number of supernatural residents it has.
most outsiders stray from entering the town due to the sheer amount of sketchy rumors that exist about it. it's definitely not the safest place to be but they have a very structured life even amidst the chaos. it's all calculated trouble.
OSIRIS, is a name you'll hear everywhere within blackbay. there's no real "enforcement" as it's all corrupted under the influence of myles. osiris is the major body here with control and leadership. going against osiris is the equivalent of going against blackbay itself.
PROJECTION, the mere rumor of receiving a card with it's logo is a sign of your fate. however most write that up to being nothing more than your average attempt at invoking fear. however, those who do believe in it have the invitation to join a secret society that's gradually building.
INDEPENDENT, the final faction within blackbay. folks who find them straying independence from osiris, reasons being a disagreement in belief or as petty as disliking the guy in charge. these people often face risk more often than not, especially big names- such a mia, who more or less has become the face of the "indies"
