Cryptids

The ones that dwell on the mountain. In a dying world this is one of the few safe havens. The mountain is kept safe and apart from the tragedies of this world by Isbylur's protection. Their powers that keep the mountain cold and inhospitable are the same powers that keep the mountain safe. Because of this, many of the cryptids with a sense of what's safe are attracted to the mountain, much to Isbylur's anger. Isbylur doesn't want any humans left when the world meets its end and has issued Stravolka to keep the mountain free of mortals.
