The creators. The Twins turned their backs on their Blessed once they lost the war. They also don't like the Eldest anymore since their Kin won lol.
The Twins still watch over the Underworld, though they withhold help. They're upset at their Blessed for failing. The last thing the Twins gave them was the Underworld itself.
The Eldest keeps an eye on its Kin, but it doesnt interfere with Kin life. It knows they dont need it :^)
