hello all, i apologize for the suddenness
i recently moved back to mexico to save up some money before i go back to the states to study and other shenanigans. i had left my dog here since i couldn't take her and i thought she'd be ok!
i come home, she is super skinny, her tail tip is black, her ear tips are black, one of her ankles is swollen and has a bite mark on it, she's got scars all over her face and body

she's a very anxious dog since she was found off the street as a baby, when i had her we had 4 dogs in the house.. 1 male 3 females
suddenly the female pitbull started attacking her and thats caused a ton of problems, like her one time almost getting bit in the jugular and she was fading in and out. called my mom so many times to help me take her to the vet but she had me wait around for around 4 hours before my sister picked me up and berated me in the car for panicking for "no reason"
alongside other issues of course, theres been so many times my baby has been attacked because people dont seperate her and the other dog properly and it causes fights

cut back to now my mom has a bigger house in a field, she now has TWELVE DOGS. LIKE WHAT???
i catch my dog barking out the window and the little dogs are nipping at her and attacking her and reopening wounds as if they weren't already pitch black and scarring, im afraid they'll go necrotic
my mother has let her teeth chip down to the pulp because she throws rocks for them instead of actual rubber toys

my mom has clearly been neglecting this, i genuinely feel she has animal hoarding disorder because its so dumb you have this many dogs but dont have the mind and money to care for them, its fucking dumb

i told her and she tells me not to worry although my dog is being attacked every day basically

so i need help

basically, i really need help. i need help with paying for a vet check and getting her proper medication and possibly anxiety medication so she's ok.. i want to buy her toys, proper food bowls, and other quality of life things so i can have her be ok and happy
im genuinely mad as fuck at my mother, this is so fucking stupid its so heart wrenching
