Hi! Of course! First of all, thank you for doing a custom for me, I really appreciate it!
In design terms, it's nice to see a natural colored character that still captures some mystic aura with that silvery color and blue eyes. Though, the markings are maybe too simple, more to the safe side. I'd advice to not be scared to experiment and draw different shapes for markings, drawing and erasing, even with repetitive patterns, give a more complete final picture. In general, the color palette is pretty good too, drives attention to the face and those little freckles are adorable.
Anatomically wise, it's nice. I don't know if that's your base but is a nice one. Simple, but the proportions are met. Maybe a few details between the front view and side view, like the neck width could be more similar, and the head in the side view looks a bit larger than in the front view. Other than that, it's a good general figure.

Thank you so much for your feedback! It means a lot and I am trying my best to come up with better designs for adopts and stuff and figured this was good practice. I didn't use a base, I started from scratch on paper and transferred to digital. I will make sure to jot down your notes and keep hem in mind for next time!
