☄️ DESIGNS ☄️

- All Designs can ONLY be sold for amount bought for (Unless they have extra art) 

- ^^ Exceptions for this can be made on a case by case basis, please check with me first!

- Do not use my designs as trade/sell fodder. 

- You may redesign my designs, but please keep them recognisable. You can do full revamps but please try to keep at least two things of the original. (Please don't make them separate characters unless they are HUGELY different)

- I'd really appreciate being shown the redesign first so I can make sure etc

- Also don't resell the original and redesign separate.

- ALWAYS KEEP MY DESIGN/NAME AS CREDIT. Failure to do so will result in blacklisting. 

- Breedings/Children/Family members CAN be made of my designs, but please don't copy them, I would definitely appreciate being told and having you check the designs with me first, or just pinging me in the post.

- Please do not use my designs in Feral NSFW. Although I cannot stop this, you will be blacklisted from buying future designs.

☄️ ART ☄️

- Any art gifted/won in s raffle by me has a worth of $0. Unless I say otherwise, do not add worth of my art to ur characters worth unless you paid for it. 

- An example of this is if I gifted you a headshot normally priced at $8. The worth would be $0 as it was free.

- Do not reupload my art to DeviantART or Furaffinity, without crediting me properly.

- Do not trace, reference or copy my art.

- Don't use art that doesn't belong to you or commissioned by you in anything. I'd if you have a art project and I'm an inspiration, don't fucking do it. (Yes. Someone has done this before)

- Always credit me please x

If you get one of my designs for free (from me or anyone else), its not okay with me to sell/trade them for a profit unless you've bought or drawn art of them since you got them. 

I do not care if you are tentative.

I don't care if ur in need of money. 

If you get one of my designs for free from me or someone else, it has a worth of $0 (UNLESS IT ACTUALLY HAS A MONEY VALUE OF BOUGHT ART)

If you get a free character and then try and sell them without even doing anything with them first (regardless of if it's my design or not), I will blacklist you I do not care.

THERE ARE SPECIAL CASES IN WHICH I WILL ALLOW RESELLING FREE DESIGNS, BUT PLEASE ASK ME FIRST.

These users cannot buy any designs by me. 

Any they already have are fine, but they cannot aquire anymore. 

This means via trades, Sales and Gifts. 

Please do not get others to buy for you to work around this.
