i don’t typically do customs because i have such a hectic schedule that they never get done in a timely manner... sorry...

That's cool! I just thought I'd ask in case! And ping is usually when you notify someone when something has become available! So if you had commissions closed and someone asked for a ping, you would notify them when they opened up. In this case, if you were to post adopts, you would notify them right away about it, usually by tagging or PMing. A lot of artists tend to do it so I thought it was worth the ask
