Credit & Ownership Always credit me (or Ari) for the original art/design when uploading to ToyHouse or other platforms. You may not claim our art or designs as your own. 2. Edits & Redesigns Minor edits (color changes, accessory swaps, etc.) are allowed with credit. Major redesigns must still credit the original designer. Please do not edit the original artwork without permission. 3. Resale, Trade, & Gifting Designs may only be resold for equal to or less than the value at which they were purchased, unless extra art has been added. Please wait a reasonable amount of time after receiving a design before reselling or trading it, unless otherwise specified. Do not gift/trade/sell to known blacklisted users (see below) or problematic individuals. 4. Blacklist I reserve the right to refuse service or blacklist users who violate these terms. If you are unsure about a specific user, feel free to ask before trading/selling. 5. Communication If you have questions or would like to request permission, please message me or Ari directly.
