That's really sweet of you and im glad you like my ocs!!! :D but youre like 5 years younger than me & I don't really befriend teenagers like that 😭😭😭 no hate but youre in the same age range as my younger sibling and it just makes things kind of awkward for me </3 (imagine talking with like, an 11/12 year old at your age. you obviously wouldnt be a dick to them and maybe youd get along in passing, but i doubt youd wanna go hang out with a middle schooler regularly bc. well. theyre a middle schooler and youre not)

Its partially from keeping up fashion & partially from experimentation. I find it both fun and helpful to keep up with different designers, brands, and streetsnap accs/etc - having a good mental library of styles to draw from can be helpful for coming up with new ideas! Then I like to do a lot of doodling and pushing myself out of my comfort zone to (try) and not make characters in the same hoodie combo I always do LOL
I could ramble AT LENGTH about this bc character design & fashion are some of my biggest interests but I'm not sure you want that sort of infodump <3
