All commissioned pieces are attributed to the ARTIST's skill, labour or judgement.


Terms of Service


SECTION A: Purchase of Commissioned Work(s)

  • Once the commission has been accepted with a valid form, an invoice will be sent out to the BUYER via PayPal's Goods and Services.
  • All funds are held by the ARTIST and will not be touched until the commissioned work(s) has/have been fulfilled, or a refund has been issued.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the commissioned work(s) cannot be finished, or is cancelled by the ARTIST.
  • The ARTIST reserves the right to cancel or decline a commission, stated reasons or otherwise.


SECTION B: Timeline

  • Once payment has been issued, the ARTIST will start the commissioned work(s).
  • The ARTIST will send the BUYER a sketch of the commissioned work(s).
  • Any and all changes or additions must be made during the sketch stage.
  • If additions are made, they must comply with the original commission form and potential fees listed.
  • Once the BUYER has given the ARTIST the okay to move forward with lineart/colours, changes and additions cannot be made.
  • Once the lineart/colours are complete, the ARTIST will send a full resolution copy of the commissioned work(s) to the BUYER.


SECTION B-2: Revisions

  • Only three (3) minor revisions to the commissioned work(s) will be allowed.
  • Succeeding revisions will not be entertained.
  • Revisions after the final commissioned work(s) has/have been submitted will not be entertained.


SECTION C: Copyright and Reproduction

The ARTIST reserves the right to:

  • Include the commissioned work(s) in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
  • Reproduce the commissioned work(s) for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. if the commissioned work(s) is/are considered fan art.
  • Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned work(s).
  • Claim the commissioned work(s) as their own work.

The BUYER and other parties may not:

  • Include the commissioned work(s) in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
  • Reproduce the commissioned work(s) for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, mint for NFTs, use for AI, etc.
  • Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned work(s).
  • Claim the commissioned work(s) as their own work.
  • Post the commissioned work(s) online without proper credits to the ARTIST.


All commissioned work(s) are for PERSONAL USE only. Reproduction of this artwork without proper permission from the ARTIST, or any evidence that the commissioned work was used for commerical purposes, will be in violation of the Australian Copyright Act 1968. The ARTIST retains all rights to the commissioned work(s).
