I reorganized my adopts the other day and priced any characters I liked for resale (all are $5 or under) Any character for sale/trade/free will have the symbols in their name that these adopts have, so eventually I might add more to the pool of free/ota/resale for rehoming guys if i choose to do so.
I am also willing to haggle on more expensive adopts that have a price tag of $10 or more, unless its a collab (i can only bargain my half of the price; I got permission from my usual collab buddy to do this, so any collabs will be half price if I decide to take up a non money offer.) Artwork is prefered over ocs since I have so many, but I'm not one to pass up a fun or cool design so yeahh-

I can also redesign any characters that are resale/free for a reduced rate than my normal on base designs. (those range from $20-$30 on base, while the reduced rate can be $10-$20. I will not offer freehand redesigns unless I feel like doing it. In that case I wont charge extra as it'll be spur of the moment/enjoyment thing for me. I will also redesign for trade offers too if desired. I'm not too picky on those as I want these guys gone lol)
I had this idea swishing in my head for a while now as I dont like the idea of charity, but I'm at my wits end with this as it doesnt affect just me (if it did i wouldnt even bother mentioning it) My cats however are innocent and they've been all dealing with severe mites in their ears and a flea infestation now too (which came on last month; I'm also allergic to flea debris too) It's really just rough as I can't pay for anything myself nor do I have the means to take my cats to even a vet either, so yeahhh. I really dont want these guys to suffer anymore, especially since I'm gonna rehome one (potentially two) of them to reduce the stress of the cats in this household.

I dont normally talk about my personal life since its a lot of negative in recent times (and i just generally am a private person to the public) but saturday was a very rough day and i experienced some things i havent in years and i thought were over with (some not so great things and it lead me to get myself checked out at a doctor's the next day and contact people i dont really talk to who's caused me stress before in my life. It felt kinda weird though tbh to have people actually care about me and be with me during everything-)
but yeah, thats all I wanna say for now, but im trying my best to get myself an exit plan or some sort of resolution so things dont get worse. It's probably gonna affect my capabilities of doing owed stuff for others since when i dont feel good, art is one of my few comforts and I just want to focus on getting my mind in a better place so no more harm happens. I hope you all can understand. Feel free to reach out to me in dms or on discord (my user is .xksilver) and I can respond when i can.
Update; The issue has been discussed with them, but due to personal disagreements, I was blocked yet again and stonewalled. They now have IP blocked me, so they shall remain on my blacklist indefinitely due to this.
This user, Kalik-ing-Away, is violating my TOS by selling characters they recieved for free/trade only for monetary value without my permission. They also have claimed I have harassed and doxxed them when I have not at all and they were the one to block me out of the blue for nothing. Please do not harass them, i do not nor will i ever condone any sort of harassment; Just please report them and the characters they are trying to sell against my TOS that Ive designed/given them and move on as I do not need any more stress from this situation and want a clean break from them. The characters were given under the pretense of being a friend so a lot of them are special to me and not something I want publically available in the first place.

To clarify too; my TOS has always been ask to resell anything bought from me since I do like buying back or paying back in other ways to get my designs back. I did not enforce this for years, but it has been stated on my adopts and designs many of times through out the years. They do NOT have the right to resell nor did they ask at all.
and Kalik if youre reading this somehow despite me blocking you (which is a violation to circomvent blockings to harass) Depending on how toyhouse takes this case, all designs I have made you are embargoed and shall not be sold. Only returned as you have shown me a lack of trust and care, so I have no other choice but invoking my rights as a designer on this platform. The characters can either be returned to me or deleted for me to reupload and keep for myself. (which i might do regardless but I am patient and willing to work things out if you want to talk.)
I have had a TOS, but not a super strict one ive had to enforce until now. So please make sure to read any TOS additions in a design recieved from me/made by me. Responsibility of reading the TOS update is on the current owner of designs and I will assume one has read it when making transactions such as sales, trades, gifts, etc. I will be more strict with enforcing my TOS if I deem it necessary and will revoke characters in the case of a blacklist regardless of transactions or lack there of.
Personal Input here too; I'm too exhausted with drama and dealing with people assuming shit or making me out to be some villain for me. I will try to work with anybody and anyone as long as I remained unblocked and can freely discuss in a professional manner with said person (even if there is bad blood. I have never nor will ever harass anyone regardless of me being blocked or not.) Blocking me will put me under the presumption that you wish to cut ties with me, which includes being put on my blacklist andforfeiting all your characters if you choose to no longer have them. I will be monitoring my designs to ensure TOS is upheld if I suspect someone will violate the TOS.
Please report characters that are in violation of my TOS. I do character trades and designs for fun and to destress, so in turn should not cause me any stress in situations such as a blacklist. If you do not like my TOS then you shall not own any designs by me period. My designs, my rules, since almost all my designs go to my friends or people I'm comfortable with having now.

the other person and i both got refunds and the other guy even made a really nice remake of the character. So im keeping the original, however i'll be updating it when i get around to redesigning.
