Lately I've been having a lot of trouble deciding on a new main sona to take over for https://toyhou.se/4325287.saikin, so I'd like to host a designing contest for a new sona! This will be about 3 weeks and during that time y'all can make designs for me! Onto the details!! VVVVVV

Guidelines!:

-Deadline will be Monday the 29th of March, 10:00 pm, EST! Anything submitted past then will not be counted officially. I set up a countdown to when it ends!

-Submissions can be digital or neatly colored traditional! (Or a mix, like digitally colored paper sketches!) What I'm saying is please make it easy to tell what's what! (Please no just uncolored designs, unless the character is supposed to be black and white, in which I request you mark it somewhere either on the image or the desc of the character!)

-You may submit as many as you like, though I will look at quality, not quantity.

-For your entry, please make a new TH character with your design in the gallery and link it to an entry comment on this bulletin! This helps me out when I go to request the winners' characters and gives me a sense of when they were created. You can also stick extra blurbs in the description on the profile! The name of the character entry can be whatever you like. Also please do not trade it off until the contest ends and I confirm the winners!

If your design is not chosen, it's ok! You can keep it, sell it, or do whatever you'd like with it!

-The character HAS to be made by you specifically for this contest, between March 8th and March 29th!! No cheating by using another person's design/redesigning, or one of your old designs already submitted! I will be checking dates and ownership! (Basically no repurposing designs that exist already!)

-I will not be bias towards friends or designers I really like if they join! It would be considered unfair if I preferred those people just because they're friends or specific designers.

-Please take into consideration what I like and dislike!

-Don't colorpick both my and other's characters, just respect them and make your own ideas!

-OPTIONAL: Feel free to advertise this where you can, it really helps!

There are art prizes for the winners!

First place: Whoever has the most fitting design will have their design turned into my sona!

They will receive 2 shaded fullbodies of characters they choose.

Second place: The runner up for most fitting will have their design converted into a oneoff!

They will receive 1 shaded fullbody and a flatcolored bust of characters they choose.

Third place: The second runner up after the first will also have their design converted into a oneoff!

They will receive 1 shaded bust and a flatcolored headshot of characters they choose.

Everyone else, including the winners: Everyone who participated (submitted an entry) will get a uncolored headshot of a character of choice! These will be administered after the contest finishes.

If I can request anything, its that I really struggle with Humans and humanoids, so please refrain from those, sorry ;;

Another thing, if what you happen to make is a standard cat or dog, or even a different species, please make it unique! I'm looking for something that stands out to me. The more unique the species/creature, the better!

My current Toyhou.se Collection is also a good source on how to aim on my character liking's! There's a little bit of variety, don't be scared to not use the color blue X)
