Hello ! I noticed you had Cypher.Exp MYO/s (#082), and thought I’d spread the news to you in case you weren’t active to see what happened before the server was discontinued (along with the species itself) :
As of today, the former species owner came back and made the species private and for their "personal-use only".

Now, nothing was specified regarding MYOs, so I'm not sure whether that applies to new designs or not myself
They are still yours to keep, but any characters produced from them are now considered "unofficial," (as are existing Cyphers) and won't/can't be under the Cypher "name." (as far as I'm aware, some stuff was made unclear to us)
So, feel free to let your creativity run rampant! Nothing new will be on the masterlist, as nobody retains access to it, so if you want to skip over something required or add anything extra in that wasn't possible before, thats up to you!
