I've been a bit busy lately because of the college exams and personal work.

For my adopts, customs (FREEBIE RULES ARE BELOW)
* You can retrade, regift, resell. But it should be doing on TH, please don't delete characters. If you don't want, then gift to someone or give back me.
* If you bought my designs outside from TH and you want to gift/trade/sell, please let me know about new owner ALWAYS.
(You don't need tell me when changing owner if the character has a profile on TH and you don't delete the character.)
* Don’t resell with the higher price than you bought. If you get the character from trade, you can't resale without extra art.
* You cannot use my design for commercial purposes. If you want to use for that, please message me. You may pay twice.
* Don't use my art for commercial purpose. Even if you purchased commercial fee (You should redraw or order to other. The fee is only for design, not for art)
* You cannot use my designs for hateful, political or eligious usages.
For my Freebies
* You can use it for non-commercial use. Can’t use for commercial.
* You can regift. (BUT DO NOT RAFFLE, it should be just gift)
* Do not resale for any reasons. If you want to resale, there would be charged extra fee by how much do you want to sell.
* Do not retrade unless they have 2+ extra arts. This is included to donate for shelter.
* You cannot use my designs for hateful, political or eligious usages.
For commission arts
* You should credit me when you use it. And please credit base artist too if I used base.
* You cannot use my arts for commercial purposes. If you want to use it, please message me. It need pay more (at least 3 times). BUT I would accept to use for commercial only for individual purposes. (Ex. individual streaming etc, not company.)
* You can print it for real goods, but cannot sell for profits.
* You cannot use my arts for hateful, political or eligious usages.
For my bases
* You can not redistribute, share (even if with friends/family).
* You can do almost anything for personal purpose.
* You can do YCH/Adopts/Custom for commercial purpose. Other commercial using are NOT ALLOWED. (Like physical merch)
* You can make unofficial add-ons for my bases, but if you want to share on public, please contact me before.
* You cannot use my bases for hateful, political or eligious usages.

- 캐릭터 디자인
* 본인(Mohha_S2)을 제대로 크레딧 한 경우에 Toyhouse 내에서만 유료분양을 포함한 모든 형태의 재분양이 가능합니다. 재유료분양시 분양가는 기존 분양가 이하여야 합니다. 추가 외관이 있을 경우 분양가에 추가해도 괜찮습니다.
☆ 이 규칙은 밴드 등 외부에서 분양받아온 캐릭터도 해당됩니다. 다만 Toyhouse 내에서 캐릭터 거래가 이루어져야 합니다.
* Toyhouse 외부 (밴드 등) 에서 재분양은 무료분양, 맞분양, 리퀘분양만 가능합니다. 리퀘분양의 경우 어떠한 형태의 리퀘든 상관없지만 금전이 오가서는 안됩니다.
* 예외 - 무료분양으로 분양 받아가셨다면 TH 외부든 내부든 재분양은 무료분양만 가능합니다. 추가외관이 5장 이상이라면 TH 내부에 한해서만 리퀘분양/맞분양이 가능하지만, 어떤 이유에서든 유료분양은 금합니다.
* 무통보 회수는 분양 받아가신 분께서 공개적으로 요청하신게 아니고, 해당 개인규칙을 어긴게 아닌 한 일절 하지 않습니다. 또한 개인규칙을 어기셨다면 상의 혹은 일방적인 통보 후 회수를 진행합니다. 다른 사정에 의한 회수는 상의 후 결정하며, 그것이 상대방 (무료분양일지라도) 에 대한 최소한의 예의라 생각합니다. 반대로 저 역시 제가 받아온 모든 캐릭터에 대한 무통보회수를 꺼려하는 편이니 꼭 제발 언질을 주세요. 당황스럽습니다 (ㅠㅠ)...
* 기본적으로 상업적 이용이 불가하며, 상업성 이용 권한을 원할 경우 원 분양가의 두배를 받습니다. 상업성 권한을 넘겨도 완벽하게 저작물의 저작권을 넘기는 것은 아님을 인지해주세요. 출처를 남겨주시고 원작을 존중해주세요. 또한 이는 TH, DA 혹은 개인 SNS에서만 적용되며, 밴드나 카페에서는 상업성 권한을 거래하지 않으며 오로지 오너권만 넘깁니다.
* 혐오성 컨텐츠에 사용을 금합니다. 여성혐오, 퀴어혐오 등 모든 소수자/약자 혐오를 직/간접적으로 드러내는 컨텐츠 사용에 금합니다.
* 정치/종교 등 민감한 사회적 사용을 금합니다. 애매하다면 먼저 상의 부탁드립니다.
- 거래
* 국내 거래자분들과의 거래는 계좌이체(농협/카카오뱅크)가 원칙이나, 해외 거래자분과는 paypal 혹은 deviantart 포인트도 거래수단으로 받습니다. 이 경우 1,000￦ = 1$ = 100 da points 로 취급하며 환율은 무시합니다.
* 컬쳐랜드 문화상품권, 구글 기프트카드 등의 기타 상품권 지불 수단은 상황에 따라 유동적이기에 문의 주세요.
- 그림
* 모든 그림은 상업성 용도로 사용이 불가합니다. 단, 개인방송용 용도의 경우 상의한 다음 추가금을 지불 후 사용이 가능합니다. (상의 필수!)
* 유료분양 시 TH 내에서 거래가 이루어지는 경우에는 외관양도가 가능합니다. 크레딧은 반드시 Toyhouse 유저 Mohha_S2 로 되어있어야합니다.
* TH 외부에서는 유료분양시 외관양도가 불가능한 것이 원칙이며, 원할시 소액의 추가금이 들 수 있습니다. 이는 상의가 필요합니다. 금전이 오가지 않는 무료/맞/리퀘분양시에는 아무런 추가금 없이 자유롭게 외관양도가 가능합니다.
- 제 캐릭터들에 대해서
TH/DA 외부 (특히 Band) 에서 분양받은 친구들은 거의 재분양을 하지 않기에 재분양 범위를 임의로 설정해놓았으나, 수정을 원하신다면 편히 해주세요.
