Woah new profile coding??
I assume the coding you used is probably a character code! Thats why in the story tab there stands "header" and stuff, people use that when they write character backstorys and replace "header" with the title of a chapter/event.
if your unsure of what to do with the relationship tab,,, you could maybe rename it and add all or your main characters in it as a sort of "directory" (god I hope I wrote that right), and you could use the story tab for something like how/why you started drawing if you feel comfortable with that! :>
