***must read everything to own one of my designs. By bidding on a design or owning, you accept the terms. 

DESIGN

- Ghosting, stealing, and backbidding(if you no longer can pay, let me know. Do not delete your bid.) isn't allowed.

- yes, I do have a COOLDOWN. You must own my design for 3 weeks before you can trade or sell(if you are gifting a design you may ignore this rule!). I do not allow people to put my designs up for offer until the cool down is up.(this is to prevent people from trading/selling before the cooldown is up).

- once you have received a design through trade, it can not be sold. You can only sell it if you commissioned art or made personal art! Whatever you bought/made is the new worth. This does not mean you can increase the worth by a lot. Ex: making a sketch and increasing the designs worth by $60.  It has to make sense!!

-you can not hide a design from me, but if you must please authorize me so at least I'm able to see it. I like to keep track of my designs. 

-co-owning is okay but you can only keep one profile. I'm not making another one. 

-credit must be given to me when posting my art. 

-i don't do commercial use unless we have talked about it. Dm me if you are interested.

-You aren't allowed to delete my designs. My designs can only be in th. If something happens(like your account was closed for ex) you may dm me to reuploud it. You must have proof you own the design though. I won't uploud it if you don't.

-you are allowed to redesign my designs. The design must be recognizable to the original. You aren't allowed to whitewash my designs.

-if you bought an uncolored adopt, you're free to color it in and edit it.

-I am very uncomfortable of people making designs heavily inspired by mine. I don't allow color picking and heavily referencing my designs.

-do not make nsfw art of my designs. It makes me uncomfortable and I'm a minor.

PAYMENT

- I only accept PayPal.

-Payment must be upfront. I may allow holds sometimes(rarely).

-if I have waited over an hour or two for payment I am allowed to reopen it. 

-i don't do refunds.

AB/custom tickets

- do not sell my tickets bc most of them I have given  away for free wich means that they have no worth.(this only applies to my olds tickets! Poki ab tickets.)

- you can trade in ab/custom tickets for art from me. 2 ab tickets/ 1 custom ticket can get you a doodle page! If your  interested in that, you can dm me but if your not interested in that we can discuss on what you'd like instead.

- if I do not specify in the description of a adopt that I'm accepting poki ab tickets, then you cannot use them(this doesn't not apply if you have a Zheojk7 ab ticket).

-Zheojk7 ab tickets and poki ab tickets are different. Do not change the poki ab tickets name to Zheojk7 ab ticket. I use the names to keep track of which is which.

HOW TO GET IN MY BLACKLIST

****2 strikes and you're in.

- trade/sell before cooldown is up = given a warning once. You are getting 1 strike the second time. The third time you get a second strike. That means you get added to my blacklist.

-steal/trace my design = immediately added to my blacklist

-backbid/ghosting = given a warning once. You are getting 1 strike the second time. The third time you get a second strike. That means you get added to my blacklist.
