first off my tos will not have much to do with how or what you do with the ocs or ychs you receive from me, this will just be notes and very important things I’d want you to know before you do business with me!

1: I DO NOT HAVE A BLACKLIST,

I really try to keep my account open for anyone to buy or get things from me, I don’t want anyone to be concerned that I won’t sell to them for outside reasons. I prefer to keep personal opinions and thoughts out of my work. and me selling to someone doesn’t = support. It’s business not  high school.

2: I’m allowed to sell my designs to anyone/ cancel sells, if the money hasn’t been sent

I am not a first come first serve business, the first person to send me money/payment for a ych/ adopt gets it. I know that can be unfair, but I have to support my family, and myself please don’t take it the wrong way. It’s never meant to be personal.

3: I’m allowed to  stop a hold if the person didn’t pay for a hold

If we agree to a free hold, I’m allowed to cancel that hold for whatever reason I may have. if you pay for a hold, and I need to pull out for whatever reason, you will be refunded the hold amount, unless the time that for nonrefundable hold runs out. 

All hold fees are nonrefundable, if you want to pull out from a hold that was payed for, you will not be refunded. please before you pay for a hold, know that it is nonrefundable. 

This is to keep people from pulling out of holds.

4: all payments need to be upfront 

Anything you buy from me, the payments needs to be upfront, before anything is worked on/ sent to your th!

5: do not message zombie marshmallow for personal reasons/ personal vendetta you may have against me, you will be blocked if you do.  I don’t want to mix life and work together, and I hope you respect that. Anyone is allowed to buy from me as long as they purely only  want a business relationship. If you do make me uncomfortable in anyway with dm chats, you will be blocked. But that’s as far as it goes

6: me blocking you doesn’t = you’re unable to get my designs through other means

if you’re blocked by me, on my personal or business. You’re still allowed to get my designs through other people.

7: do not dm me about drama/ try to force me to post about situations that don’t involve me.

My page is drama free. I don’t like being involved  in drama, or any situations that don’t involve me. I understand that may be unfair and upsetting to some, but I really don’t like bewares/ drama. I want to keep my page out of that stuff.

8: if you’re unhappy with any ych/ art you commissioned from me, please dm me, and we can work something out.
