a1. Always credit me when uploading a design I’ve made. Please use _shale_xox (on ToyHouse) as a credit reference.

a2. I do not ‘reclaim’ any character(s)/design(s).

I do not offer refunds once a character has been fully transacted. (i.e: Bought, Traded, Transferred etc.)

The only time I will reclaim one will be if you reach out to me and are desperate to get rid of it. (I will not pay for the character; I will use it in a raffle/giveaway for free).

a3. Once an adoptable design has been purchased, you gain its full right meaning that;

You are free to edit/change/use them however you’d like once in your possession.

a4. By purchasing a character you are purchasing the design & artwork related to it.

You are not allowed to re-use its name and biography/information related to it.

a5. Do not Retrace/Clone/Copy a design/character.

I will not allow nor tolerate a design/character to be cloned. Tracing any design, character, or artwork related to it. I will be considering it as ‘art theft’.

Faillur to respect those ToS may get you blocked.
