characters who i either haven't had the time to develop in any meaningful way yet, or am still struggling to connect with even after developing them. will be a lot more lenient with offers on this folder, since i feel bad holding onto designs i don't use. some characters may occasionally swap between this folder and the high priority folder if i gain or lose connection to them
