ive found several designs that were gifts or obtained for free being sold and i'm getting really frustrated about finding them. to hopefully prevent others from profitting off my friendship, please try to post here when/if you can so that i can keep track of things being exchanged, so if someones selling something that should NOT be sold, i can know earlier rather than months later. like even if it was passed around i can still tell if it was supposed to be sold or not. either way im tired of gifts of the past suddenly being taken advantage of, and seeing people paying money for designs that shouldnt have been sold in the first place.

let this also be another reminder to not sell gift designs or any designs ive made that were free?? i cant believe this has to be said?? if it was a birthday, xmas, or just a random gift, STOP PROFITING OFF OF IT. do not resell them unless they come with extra!!! (which the designs that were freebies ive seen have had no extras either that were sold.)

i really need to keep more track and you guys can only help me by using that link if you want to trade designs ive made. and if i see one that was a gift and you had bought it, i can try and make it right at least by paying you and giving your money back or doing a trade/art since it was an invalid sale and shouldnt have happened.

honestly, i have a ton of mutuals and friends who have had nothing but awful and shady experiences with fenharel. so, i'm here to let you know that his tricky ways are not over, he is still pulling the same bs, and there's a ton of reports and recollections on the original post outing him for overcharging unfairly for art in trades etc.

one thing i'd like to mention from my end is that i wanted to know about a design i had traded, and as the original artist and creator i have the right to know. i left multiple comments on journals of him asking why he kept avoiding the question and it took making my own journal on TH to make him tell me-- only to have him try and get me to delete it and hide his shady bullshit. nuh uh. i don't play that. (remember those journals he made and i made in response on here? yeah, THOSE.)

and unrelated to my own experiences he's had a design that was stolen and tried to get it back, only for him to make them OVERPAY, not just give it back or try to be fair about it or anything. it's fuckin gross.

but regardless of my stupid experiences w/ him, i urge you to read the journal and its comments below for more context and horror stories regarding him.

i'm not about to pour out all of my experiences with the guy here, but i'll just say he is probably the shadiest, most unfair person i've EVER had to try to do business with when it comes to trading or selling to. i wish i was kidding, and that's why when i see designs i loved that i owned previously or want in general go to him, it's ALWAYS him trying to milk whatever he can out of people for the things he has.

lastly, but there's a reason WHY beauket/kodirge/coy/rainbow/whatever they're known as blacklisted him from their adopts a while ago and doesn't want anything to do with him. :/

edit: the situation was resolved and i dont mean to shine a bad light on the person it belongs to now! but i still want to make it clear when an artist demands you show them where their stuff they made is, that you should comply and be respectful of them. im leaving up the journal to serve that purpose as a clear warning that he may not respect artists when asked and maybe its a good idea to actually listen to the artist when they ask something of you, protecting your friends privacy or not.

funny how people will defend an artist in knowing where their creation and art has gone, but then there's some people don't give a fuck and will delete journals when that artist tried to reasonably state their thoughts, to hide their own shady morals, to protect a "friends" privacy when it's the artists right to know where their creation has gone when the artist asks.

i just wanted to know where the character i made had gone. it's okay that it was sold or traded or whatever. but i think i have the right to know where it went, since it meant a lot to me.

moral of the story: don't be a dick and keep an artist from knowing where their stuff has gone when they asked. that's rude, and disrespectful.
