by adopting/buying any of my designs, you understand and agree to the following conditions:

- you have 48 hours to send your payment (via paypal if usd). please let me know asap if there is a reason for a delay.
- i do not offer refunds. all transactions are final.

- my designs may be gifted/traded/resold to anyone that is not on my blacklist (which is currently empty, so no need to worry about that -thumbs up-).

- you may never resell my designs for more than what you paid + the worth of additional commissioned art if applicable.
- you cannot resell a design that was obtained via trade, with the exception of the worth of additional commissioned art after receiving the character.
- a design that was obtained for free can never be sold or traded. only gifted.

- you are free to edit/make changes to the design as long as it remains recognizable. just be sure to credit me for the original work and make sure my signature is visible on the original piece at all times. it is also preferable that you keep a copy of the original.

- with permission, you may turn my designs into a closed species.

- my designs cannot be used for commercial use without permission.

- i reserve the right to use any design/art piece for example/portfolio work.
