Loose TOS
I ask that any and all commissions are bought 8-10 business days before they are needed, my normal turn around speed is 1-3 days, but in the event I have art block I reserve the right to take up to the full 10 days before I refund your money. I reserve the right to screen record the process of drawing any and all art of your characters commissioned or requested. I will credit you where the video is posted with an account of your choice (must send me a link). If you receive a custom from me, you MUST keep it for 30 days before selling or trading it, and not for a higher price without additional art. If you violate these TOS, I will revoke the rights to the character without a refund so basically no character flipping! TRADES AND REQUESTS: I will take both, but art done for these "free" (I use the word loosely as trades have value, just aren't actual currency) reasons will be used as examples of my work. I will credit you whenever I use the piece, and you can opt out before the piece is finished. If you don't read my TOS and you "didnt know", I don't care. 

WIPs! (Commission only!)
I will be sending you several messages over the course of us working together, for certain there will be: a message acknowledging your commission, a message when I start your sketch, a message when I finish your sketch, a message when I finish your line work, a message when I begin coloring, and a message when I begin shading. These are the barest of minimum, and there will likely be many, many more than just these. If I am working on your piece and you neglect to answer me in a timely manner you will be skipped until you answer. If that means your piece gets shelved for months, so be it. I will not proceed with a product I'm not sure you will enjoy for both of our sanities. Somethings will happen if this takes place: 

1 day No Contact - Skipped until able to be contacted

1 Week no contact - Second attempt to reach you

1 Month No Contact - Personal Blacklist

6 Months No Contact - I keep your money and you keep what I finished before you went AWOL. Any time before 6 months the piece will be completed, after though I will not be finishing it.

REFUNDS!
As far as requesting a refund goes, it will be as follows: WIP not Started - 100% Refund, Sketch started but not finished - 75% refund, Line Art Started - 50% Refund, Coloring started 25% refund. If I finish coloring your piece before you request a refund I will not issue you one unless I see fit and you will receive your unfinished piece.

All of these are subject to change and leniency at my discretion.
