I'm feeling a lot better from the other day. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who left messages for me. I really appreciate knowing there's people out there who care about my well being.

I am working on the hybrid adopts again today but I'm tire, sluggish and have a headache, so I'm going pretty slowly and probably won't finish the adopt today. Not that I'm complaining, I'll take tired and headaches over major anxiety problems anytime. And I don't mind working on the adopts, I'm not doing it to just try to push through and get work done when I don't need to. I do need do keep myself busy right now to keep my mind off things.

I did get to see a therapist the other day. And while working on the adopts are not caused my anxiety, he did point out the importance of maintaining a good work-life balance and not over exerting myself when other things are bothering me. So while I will be working on the hybrid adopts every day (except fridays) I will just accept that some of the more complicated ones will need two days to finish and not push myself like crazy to get something posted that day. I'll also revive my old trello and put the progress on the hybrid adopts up there once I have the energy to do so. I just don't want people to think I'm skipping out on my commission with taking longer to make the hybrids and still posting regular adopts at the same time.

Hey guys, I'm taking the day off from making hybrid adopts because I'm suffering from anxiety and had panic attacks last night that left me tired and nervous at the same time. I don't want to go why this is happening. I'll get back to the hybrids soon when I can.
