i locked in yesterday and totally cleaned up the last of my art queue! if i owe you something and you're still waiting on it, this is very genuinely the last call, otherwise it'll be a long time before i can get to completing it o7.
it's a big relief to get it all done HELP... i've been pretty much drawing every chance i got for the past week amidst graduating and packing for my upcoming trip (but i literally have no other hobbies so it's like enrichment for me dw) 😭 also! it is a very long ways away but after a long break i might be more privy to opening some public slots during breaks and such (no idea what college will be like so we'll see o7). i do want to put those pinglists to good use, LOL.
among other things you might've noticed i've become horridly PHM pilled. someone save me from this pathetic white man. i can't stop drawing him. here is a wip of a 3 page comic with laika because i'm crazy
also would anyone like. stone me alive for posting literature with laika (& co.).... usually if i write ff i just use source/canon butttt it's actually kind of fun exploring how them being animals affects the narrative in small ways (hence the 3 page comic) OTZ a little like beastars, but probably less predation since that's not really the focus here. but i also think it's fun to think about how predator/prey stereotypes would affect everyone's relationship with each other... eventually i want to write about the soldiers/sailors aboard the vat being mostly dogs (foxhounds..?), and laika's general anxiety around them being the half fox that he is. idk !!!!
hi all ! just a quick update from me :-)
i just wrote up a small TOS for my designs; it's mostly common sense stuff and just there for posterity really ^^; but i'd recommend glancing at it in the character permissions or down below! honestly i wasn't sure what to write, so if anything needs clarifying or if you have ideas from your own TOS, i'd be happy to hear them :-).
1. You may alter the design and my artwork as long as all credit stays intact (even if it is not recognizably mine anymore). The original design and art must be attached to the profile in some capacity (can be private if that's preferred).
a. This includes converting them to a closed species.
2. Do not use the design for hate speech.
3. No commercial usage unless discussed beforehand.
4. Don't resell for more than the design's worth (base value + commissioned artwork). There may be exceptions for extraordinary situations!
5. Do not input any design into generative AI, whether to generate new designs or create artwork of them.
Violation of these terms will blacklist you from owning any of my designs in the future.
apart from that, i'm going to be traveling starting the 2nd of June !!! mostly to vietnam, but we're going to japan and thailand for a bit as well :-D! very exciting!! that particular trip ends on July 6th, but i'm totally swamped with plans, so i won't really be active until July 23rd. i'm working to get all of my owed art done before that cutoff, but if i don't manage it will definitely be a while before i have the time to complete it 😔 fingers crossed that doesn't have to happen!
if you guys have any plans for summer i'd love to hear ! 🌴🌊
as of right now (to my knowledge) i have finished ALL outstanding owed art that i have taken (except anji's hi anji)!!!! this includes commissions, art trades, art for OCs, etc.-- everything. if i owe you something please let me know, otherwise it'll likely never get done 🙂↕️...
and anji thank u for being patient i will get everything done by the end of may on my life 🫡
also more general update, i'm now able to take paypal/wise as payments! hello international friends :-)
i'll be opening commissions privately with friends possibly soon, and if those peter out i may do a public opening. we'll see :"D!!!

happy new year !!! i hope everyone's been having fun celebrating! i've never made an art summary before, but i thought it'd be fun to start this year :-) if you've posted art summaries for 2025 too pls share i'd love to see!!!
2025 wasn't quite my year; while i would've loved to draw more i was pretty overwhelmed with stress a lot of the time, and that doesn't really lend to having the time/energy for artwork HELP... it really shows when i flip back to 2024 and see the difference in effort & output OTZ. but i think i've definitely improved in confidence! this year i hope to make more designs and more finished scenes/pieces (and continue to study anatomy and perspective and all that ofc) :-).
to yap while i still can, i've been thinking of stepping back from pushing to do commissions as much as before! i was sort of blindsided by the amount of interest expressed for commissions, and in the process they became something i felt i Had to do, because not everyone has thaat kind of opportunity. i price my artwork to be what i feel is fair, but they're definitely not sustainable prices 🥲🥲 and to be completely honest my relationship with money is awful, so they become pretty stressful LOL
i will still open them from time to time, but mostly on a whim and probably only to friends/mutuals. i'll try to do at least one public opening on here to give others a chance, but i really can't say anything for sure.

TDLR; 2025 was kind of a flop but hopefully 2026 will be better! commissions will open infreqeuntly and likely be limited to friends/mutuals, but there is tentatively a public opening too.
