「Dream World & Nightmares」
The vast realm of the unconscious mind, created by the Goddess of Dreams.
Extending across the entire universe, taking form of many types of cities and beautiful environments, any being capable of sleeping can enter this realm.
As dreams exist, so must Nightmares.
These Nightmares manifest and spread in the form of monsters feasting on the insecurities and fears of the sleeping.
Nightmares effect the mental health of the dreamers and cause immense damage.
To fight back against these Nightmares, The Goddess of Conscience enlists the strongest of souls, gifting them with magical abilities tied to their psyche.
「Guardians」
Guardians can work solo or in a group. Depending on the skill & importance of the group, that team can climb the Guardian Ranks of that District. These ranks are referred to in moon phase terminology, for example Waxing Crescent & Waning Crescent are tied in significance, whereas the strongest group would be called the Full Moon.
「Full Moon」
The Full Moon of Guardians located in the Flower District.
Garden is their reluctant Leader, having been a Solo Guardian who reached out (In a way) to be a guide for the new kids.
「Antique Inn」
In which dreams set in Hotels occur in. Those who appear in this area within the Flower District carry stress, desiring a break from one's anxiety filled life.
There is quite a lot of Nightmares that manifest here, taking advantage of a soul's feeling of lack of autonomy, locking them within rooms in the hotel.
The Hotelier, Evening is a guardian hired directly by the Goddess of Conscience to pinpoint the most vulnerable of guests and help them.
There are other Guardians working as staff. The hotel staff can be classified as rank Waning Gibbous.
「The Forbidden」
A group of trapped souls who fell victim to the Nightmares. They serve the Nightmares, following them to desperately soothe their pain.
Some of the members are former Guardians who were irreparably damaged by Nightmares and taken over by them.
Their souls cannot be repaired, there is only an inkling that remains.
