a short story i wrote for english class in very early 2021 & am still a little fond of. this was quite before i decided to turn Aurum into an actual oc, & wouldn't ya know it this story was originally gonna be set in an au about meta knight & a grown-up kirby -- i had already written out some parts but i was having trouble finishing it for some reason, so when the opportunity to submit an original story came by i hastily changed the names & made them winged cats bc i was going bonkers over Catwings by ursula k. le guin at the time. unfortunately twinkle will never exist again
