gonna shorten the one in my ownership tab, to those that don't want to read a lot of text but still care about TOS. hope it still makes sense even if cut short JHDFKJS

design TOS:

• you can only sell/retrade after one (1) week of ownership. this is just to make sure you don't hoard characters to immediately make bank of them.
  • gifting is allowed at any time though.
• do NOT resell for more than bought. you can add value if there is commissioned art that you, yourself, has bought.
  • art that you made is okay for adding to value too, but price it fairly. (i.e. not pricing a 5 sec sketch at $20 or something like that lol. it does not matter if your pricing isn’t in your commissions prices, price your art based on what you think)
• do not add monetary value to the worth if you recieved an artwork for free (art trades, free requests, etc etc). 
• if you recieve a character with monetary value in a trade/gift, it will automatically reset to $0.
  • you may ask the previous owner, if it’s okay to sell the design for the worth the design had before being traded/gifted to you.
  • ^ do have proof of this if i ever ask regarding this. 
• redesigns are okay, as long as the character stays recognizable from the original design.
• ask permission before turning them into a closed species and vice versa (voiding cs design i made to non-cs).
• privatizing my design is okay! just don't delete them please.

• if you recieved a design from me for free, DO NOT sell them for any monetary whatsoever. I will only allow it as long as there is commissioned art added to them.
• you may trade the free character for either other characters or art, or give them away for free.

i will only add people that i have had a personal experience with, unless i absolutely feel uncomfortable with them owning my designs.

please do not sell/trade/gift any of my designs to anyone that is placed on the blacklist. you could potentially end on my blacklist too.
