The program is clip studio paint !
It gets more complicated with brushes because I have like a frankenstein collection of brushes.

There are a few from the clip studio asset store, so it's kinda hard to compile them all
and then CSP brushes from thedawner - https://ko-fi.com/thedawner/shop and I know i have a few brushes
