i recently got a laptop and graphics tablet like a month ago 

bc of this, i'd like to know if anyone is okay with me drawing their characters :) 

i'd like a variety of characters and to pick and choose who i'd like to draw, so i'll just be looking thru entire profiles as opposed to single characters and will be drawing random characters

hi guys i have a question

so in 2021 i made this character as a custom for someone! they paid and i sent the transfer request, but it seems they haven’t accepted it and read the message that i sent saying that i sent a transfer request! i also asked about whether or not they still wanted the character in 2022 to remind them, and this message got read but never responded to. 

would it be bad manners to raffle off this character, as i have no use for the character and i know some ppl who rlly like the design?
