these terms of service are in effect as of March 13, 2024

GENERAL

• do not heavily reference/trace my designs and artwork - taking elements as inspiration and colour picking is ok!
• i don't do pinglists (i'm likely to forget)
• my art and designs are strictly prohibited from the following uses:
  • blockchain related technologies, such as NFTs
  • ai
  • bigotry, hate speech

COMMISSIONS

when requesting

• payments through paypal or ko-fi - full payment after sketch
• payments in GBP (alternatively, equivalent price in USD will be stated)
• i have the right to reject a request
• please be as detailed in your request as you'd like!
• currently sketch, flat colour etc. commissions are off the menu but we can discuss!
• tipping isn't necessary, but highly appreciated!!

commission rules

• i will send you progress sketches! adjustments can be made for free in the sketching phase
• turnaround time is roughly 3 weeks - at most 1 month from the time of payment - i'm a busy student and chronically ill. however, you may ask me for updates as often as you'd like!

refund policy

• full refunds can be made during the sketching stage
• no refunds once the piece is finished
• i have the right to cancel a custom or commission, and will issue a full refund

after the commission is finished

• non-commercial use only! at this time my commissions are intended for personal use only (no selling prints / buttons / making a profit from it). any kind of personal use is okay (such as making prints and buttons to keep)
• don't claim you made the art - you may share my artwork with credit to my toyhouse page
• do not remove my watermark
• i reserve the rights to use the commission or design for examples. if you'd like it to be kept private please let me know!

CUSTOMS + ADOPTABLES

• credit me as the original creator
• for customs, you will be sent a form upon request - moodboards, pinterest boards, any visual reference is highly appreciated!
• i have the right to decline trading or selling designs to any users for any reason
• feel free to change anything about the character as long as its still recognisable
• don't resell for more than you bought it for from me, unless it has additional art (the design may be gifted)
• you may edit the design to be a open/closed species as long as it's allowed by the species
• character keys will be transferred when all payment has gone through

fun little myo amoebud launch event here......i dont take part in species often but these r cute
