terms of service
please read through the terms carefully.
these terms were last updated november, 05, 2021.
payment process
- payment should not be done until the product is finished,but not shown to the customer.
- if payment is done before or during the process of the product,the payment will be refunded until the product is finished or the project will be canceled.
working process
- i will ask the customer to send me the characters with poses and facial expressions.
- after the sketch is finished,i will send it to the customer,asking if changes are needed.
- after making sure that everything is alright,the process of work on the project will continue.
order cancelaion
- cancelation is not possible if the coloring is in progress or the project is close to finished.
- cancelation is possible if the sketch is complete,but no more work is done.
- if modificaions are needed,the product can't be canceled nor refunded,but it can be modified.
image use
- images/characters can be used in any way,shape or form.
- the watermark shouldn't be altered in any way.
- if the image(s) are uploaded anywhere,please credit my toyhouse or any other social media i own.
will not draw
- p*rnographic material,vore
- excesive gore(guts,lots of blood etc.)
- incest,p*do/g*rontophilia,n*crophilia etc.
- hate,mocking art
- s*xual assault,attempts of self harm/s*icide,mental/general illness
- characters of other people that i am not having consent to draw.
