for designs:

-when buying/receiving a design from me you are free to redesign them, resell them, and draw nsfw art of them (as long as it isn’t feral, underage, etc.)

-do not sell characters you bought from me for more than they are worth without adding extra art

-if the character is from a trade fell free to sell them, gift them, or trade them

for commissions/customs:

-i have the right to decline a commission and i will if i’m not comfortable drawing an oc or prompt

-wait time for comms is usually 1-2 weeks but can be longer, i will give updates/wips throughout the piece and can work with deadlines (to an extent)

-i have other socials like instagram and discord we can talk through in my profile, otherwise i will send updates through messages here

-i will try to draw most species, but i might struggle with some like birds or horses so just ask about and oc and i’ll let you know

-i will not draw nsfw or suggestive art of any kind, whether it be a comm or custom so please don’t ask (i can draw nudity like boobs, but nothing more)

(customs have the same tos as regular designs)
