Figured since I've been making more designs that I should made one of these.
DESIGN T.O.S
PURCHASING:
- I take USD only through paypal or venmo. If it is an adoptable, I usually use paypal.me, and use invoice for custom designs + commissions.
- If payment is not received, you don't receive the design.
- For the love of god don't do a chargeback on paypal.
RESALE / TRADING:
- You may resell my designs. Please do not sell more than the original asking price, unless you have extra art that comes with the design.
- You may trade my designs.
- You can gift my designs.
- If a design is gifted to you, you may trade, but not resell.
EDITING:
- You can edit my designs, this includes small edits from color changes to full overhauls. If you're going to fully change the design though, please ask first.
- If you edit images I've created for the design, please still credit me.
