hi all! I wanted to officially post this here for any of my past designs you may have gotten as I did get a question recently and it made me think! Anyone is welcome to message me (I might be slow to reply tho!) for any questions not covered. I kept it relatively simple as I do not really design a lot these days!

DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE

For New Designs (Designed in 2020 onward)

• All designs are for personal use at base price listed. However, commercial use is available. I define commercial use is anything that the design would be used to generate monetary profit (vtuber design, selling merchandise, mascot for a company, etc.) The artwork itself is not for commercial use. You can use it however you want personally, though (stickers, prints, free merch, etc.) 
• I will not accept refunds once the design has been sold.
• You can trade, resell (same value), or gift the adopt after purchase.  
• If you want to change anything to design, you are free to do so, but please respect my original art and do not draw over it or edit.
• Please credit me as a designer/artist where possible (as chamoe on TH or lina lee elsewhere; please check my carrd for social medias!)

For Older Designs (Older than 2020)

• You are free to do with the design whatever you want, personally or commercially. 
• I do not accept refunds once the design has been sold.
• You can trade, resell (same value), or gift the adopt after purchase. 
• You can change the design however you like in separate art. Please do not draw over or edit my original artwork. 
• Please credit me (if possible) as a designer/artist.
