Two kids Liam and Jackson love their art. Liam is a street artist and Jackson is a film maker. Liam allows Jackson to follow him around on his adventures as a street artist for his film class, but in doing so the two discover something more sinister happening aside from the usual drug deals they catch. People are disappearing and they might have found the cause..

Pirie has two great friends while his older brother is ruling the kingdom. Everything is fine until the brother is killed and Pirie is forced to take over the throne when he was really young. He tries his best to rule fairly with his friend Affix as his right hand man and Scratch working a little more in the background. But because he's so young he didn't know how to tend to everyone's needs so the people aren't too happy with him, but they manage to tolerate him for a while. Under the stress of ruling the kingdom Pirie accidentally pushes away his friends, Affix is rather hurt but Scratch is angry and begins plotting against Pirie. One night, the kingdom is attacked and poor Pirie wasn't prepared at all, so the kingdom was destroyed. In the process, Scratch convinces Affix to also turn against Pirie. Mainly under the direction of Scratch, Affix works with the citizens to hunt down Pirie and have him executed. Upon succeeding in killing Pirie, Affix is elected as king and Scratch continues to pull the string on him. However, Pirie's body is discovered by a witch who lived on the outskirts of her kingdom. She knew what had happened, took pity, and brought him home to bring him back to life. This of course affected his mental state, so by the time he left the witch's house he was not very stable and basically a zombie. His was overwhelmingly angry and upon arriving back at the palace kills both Affix and Scratch. Pirie manages to calm down and tries to take Affix's body back to the witches to bring him back to life. The witches are able to bring him back to life, but his brain is incredibly scrambled and is no where near his former self. Pirie is destroyed by this and this is what triggers his full decent into insanity. With his pudding-brained assistant he goes back and rules his kingdom with malice and cruelty.
