• Accept PayPal payments from those 18 years or older, or from a child with parental or guardian consent and proof of D.O.B. (Driver’s license, ID, etc) and screenshot of email or vocal recording of consent from the parent/guardian
• Purchase with PayPal by an adult in order to give a design to a minor is fine, the purchase MUST be made by an adult
• Suspicion of being a minor will result in request of an ID (if trying to purchase a design with PayPal)
• Minors will automatically be given two strikes if they attempt to purchase from us via PayPal.
• Color picking is okay if done with a different species 
• Don’t make designs just to resell them with our color palettes
• Credit us for our color palettes if you use them
• Credit us for our designs via Songimals on Instagram and Songimals on ToyHouse (if you post a design of ours on ToyHouse)
• Don’t steal, trace, or heavily reference our designs and art
• Don’t resell for more than you purchased the design for (unless it has extra art aside from the initial design)
• Must have PayPal if completing a financial transaction
• You MUST not put your address in while paying with PayPal, as this is a digital product. Failure to do so may result in a refund to complete the transaction properly.
• Art and custom design transactions must be completed within two weeks, if a sketch is not completed within one week, then the design will be relisted.
• Character transactions must be completed within 3 days.
• No refunds once a transaction has been completed, please tell us if you need to back out of a transaction!
• “Ghosting” or failure to reply to us within 3 days will result in a refund and a reopened adopt.
• Failure to comply with most of our rules will result in a strike. You only get two strikes.
• Failure of proper credit will result in a strike.
• Account evasion will result in an automatic block and blacklist.
• Lying about your age will result in an automatic block and blacklist, regardless of the type of transaction.
• Filing a claim/ticket with PayPal or filing a chargeback (with a completed transaction) will result in an automatic block and blacklist.
• Screenshots will be taken of each conversation and transaction for proof in case of financial claims or chargebacks.
• Continued failure to comply with our T.O.S. after two strikes (or certain rules are broken) will result in a blacklist and a block
