Yeah it means to have a ping list on character you want to sell/trade for later. ❤️ Offers mean to ask you if you willing to trade or sell a character currently. Either by voucher (i buy art or a character for you in order to receive the character you own), by purchase outright, to trade for personal artwork I draw for you, or by trading another character for your own. 💙
