Anybody on my blacklist is prohibited from owning my designs. I do not want my designs in their hands. Designs that they do somehow get a hold of are void valued at 0$ FOREVER. 

Your allowed to offer on anybody in my TH, I dont mind! I will usually only accept USD, but characters and art are also good offers!
