If you have any questions or need me to clarify something, feel free to leave a comment or DM me!
I update this bulletin every once in a while, each new notable update will be put down in the comments; like if I add or remove a rule. If you break a rule prior to me having it written down here, I will not hold it against you.

Adopt Purchase Information

  • At the moment, I only accept payments through Paypal. I will note you an invoice that you must pay as soon as you are able to. I can do payment holds for up to 2 weeks but you may request time extensions.
    • If nothing has been communicated to me during the holding period, I will re-list the character.
    • I'm more lenient on this rule for art trades. I can wait for at most 6 months before I re-list the character.
  • After payment, I will send you the un-watermarked image (this is mainly for people who don't use toyhouse).
  • You may resell for the original price and can only raise its value through art and commission pieces. You can also trade this design for art or for another design to another person.

Raffle Information

These are specific rules that apply to my raffle designs. By obtaining a raffle design made by me means that you're agreeing to following these terms. Failure to do so will result you in being blacklisted and banned form future raffles.

  • Raffle designs can only be traded or regifted. If it gains monetary value from paid commissions, the owner may resell this design for what it's worth.
  • Raffle winners who attempt to sell the design without following the above rule will be blacklisted and banned from future raffles.
  • DM me if you would like for me to change trade permissions if the design meets the resell criteria.
  • This is just general etiquette in the online art community but Please don't treat raffle prizes or any OC that you got for free as trade fodder. It's very disrespectful.

Terms of Service

These rules apply to all of my designs, by obtaining a design made by me means that you are agreeing to honor these terms. Once you obtain any character designed by me, you own that character and its copyright until you resell/trade/gift it away. Anything you plan to do with them is out of my control and I am placing faith in you to honor these rules. Failure to do so will either lead me to warn you or blacklist you depending on the severity.

What you are allowed to do:

  • You can change the design's gender, name, sexuality, species, etc.
  • You can change how the design looks. You may also do edits or draw over the original artwork to suit your needs.
  • Commercial use of my designs is allowed as long as you are not profiting off of the original art piece. You're allowed to use my designs as a  mascot, vtuber, etc. as long as assets used are made by you, commissioned by you, or is under free use licensing.

What you are not allowed to do:

  • Please don't use my designs to promote/glorify any sort of bigotry, pedophilia, zoophilia or any kind of offensive/harmful content. However, I do not mind my designs being used as villains or placed in darker or mature stories.
  • Do not add your own rules to my designs without my permission
  • Do not make any of my designs into a new "closed species". If you wish to turn of my designs into a pre-existing species, I would prefer if you notify me but it is not necessary.
  • Do not claim my art as your own creation/art.

This isn't a hard requirement but I would greatly appreciate if you leave the character visibility to public, logged in users, or make an authorization list for my designs and add me to it if you truly wish to keep the design hidden. I do not like having my designs hidden, it makes me nervous that my TOS is being broken behind my back (which has happened in the past).

Etiquette

  • You may take inspiration from me. A lot of my designs take inspiration from royalty-free stock photography (usually from unsplash) anyways. I usually have the credit to the photographer listed somewhere.
  • Don't trace/copy my designs. I don't mind if someone references any of my designs (like copying the pose or color picking), just... y'know, make it look different.
  • I don't mind fav spamming, go wild. I also don't mind people adding anyone to their "dreamie" folders, even the ones listed as not for sale.
