ART TOS
General
💖 I have the right to change my pricing and terms anytime.
💖 I have the right to decline a request for any reason.
💖 I may use my artwork in my portfolio/commission samples unless I was specifically paid a fee to keep it private.
💖 If any of these terms are breached, I have the right to deny further business with the offender.
💖 I am not obligated to disclose my reasons for declining commission requests.
💖 Please save files to your own server. I am not responsible for keeping old commissions archived and I will purge my image hosting service every once in a while.
Will not draw
💖 This is a list of things I won't draw for various reasons, most of them being due to lack of confidence.
❌ Sexually explicit content. Nudity for reference purposes is OK.
❌ Hateful content
❌ Anything listed in the "Content Boundaries" section.
❌ Excessive gore. (Mild body horror and blood is OK.) I have no problem actually looking at gore, so please ask if you are unsure.
❌ Mecha/Transformers characters. Reploids and robot themed humanoids, however, are encouraged.
❌ Ornate full armor suits. (Simpler ones or mixed material is ok.)
❌ I have trouble drawing most snouted characters. I can handle more cutesy cartoon style snouts in chibi but anything too detailed is bound to look wonky. Please ask if you are unsure.
Content Boundaries
💖 What kind of content one produces involving the charcter I drew for does not reflect what I endorse. It is not my responsibility to screen each and every client.
💖 With that said, if I deem that the charcter blatantly and deliberately morally dubious, I have the right to deny further business.
💖 Below are themes that I am very uncomfortable with and therefore would not like to depict in my artwork.
❌ Real-world military themes. Fantasy is ok.
❌ Imagery of the Japanese rising run
❌ Japanese taisho style (coincides with the meiji-showa era) or imperialism themes
❌ Pedophilia, especially of pre-adolescent children.
NOTE: I understand that giving dwarflike characters and chibi designs a relationship/sex life IC does not always equal to OOC pedophilia.
(Although I personally believe that it contributes to normalizing pedophilic tendencies in subculture, it is not in my place to police it after I receive any sort of payment for the design.)
However, I deem it a problem once one actually produces explicit content on their adult relationships since that is when it becomes OOC and breaches problematic fetish territory.
💖 If any of these boundaries above are breached, I have the right to deny further business with the design's current owner(s).
Purchase
💖 I acccept USD via Paypal.
💖 Paypal transfer is not available between residents of South Korea. I can accept KRW via bank transfers instead.
💖 I typically work on commissions in order of payment.
💖 Minors are required to provide proof of their paypal balance or a written permission by their parents for any purchase starting from $200.
💖 I will not do holds for FCFS commissions. Non-FCFS commissions, however, can be negotiated.
💖 I do payment plans starting from $200, and require a minimum down payment of $100. Anything else is up for negotiation.
💖 If you fail to meet your payment plan, I am not obligated to provide a refund for what you had already paid. I am not your piggy bank.
💖 You lose the right to request for refunds as soon as I start your artwork. However, you regain that right if I fail to meet my deadline(including extensions) or if I specify so.
Resale/Trade
💖 When calculating the value of a character that has my artwork attached to it, you may add onto the character's value by an amount equal to the money that you have paid me to commission the piece.
💖 If you have not spent money on my artwork(obtained via trade or gift), you cannot add monetary value of my artwork onto your character's value.
💖 The character designer's resell restrictions override the above terms. Permissions, however, do not.
Modification and credit
💖 You may share my artwork digitally as long as you do not erase my socials info or claim credit for the artwork.
💖 I will send you an unwatermarked version to upload to toyhou.se, and you may reupload it at your own discretion. All I ask is that you do not erase my socials info.
💖 My commissioned work is not available for commercial use by default. If you'd like commercial rights, please let me know and we can come up with a negotiation.
💖 Do not mint my artwork as NFTs. This is not negotiable.
💖 Resizing, cropping. rotating/flipping, color adjusting my artwork, modifying the background only is allowed provided you follow the below terms.
1. I retain credit to the modified artwork.
2, My socials info are still visible.
3. You do not claim any credit for the modification.
4. The modified artwork is not used for commercial purposes, even if you had obtained commercial rights to the original artwork. To retain commercial rights, please contact me and I will edit it for you.
5. Understand that this is a privilege, not a right. Please do not expect other artists to allow this as well.
💖 Intentionally drawing over or erasing parts of the subject matter, however, is not permitted.
DESIGN TOS
By owning my designs, you are agreeing to my design TOS.
By owning my designs, you are also agreeing to my art TOS.
If not, please transfer its ownership to someone else asap for peace of mind on both you and me. Thank you.

1) Trade permissions are set incorrectly
2) You do have commercial rights but I have specified otherwise.

Purchase
💖 Please do not back out of a bid/purchase. Things can happen, but if it is deemed a recurring habit then I reserve the right to deny further business with you.
💖 If you fail to pay within 48 hours, I will offer the design to someone else and prioritize their purchase over yours.
💖 No refunds. I will however be open to discuss very special cases.
💖 Do not do paypal chargebacks without prior notification/consent.
Resale/trade
💖 You can resell or voucher my designs for the same value of the money that you yourself paid me or the previous owner to obtain it. None of its past owners' expenses count toward its value.
💖 This includes cases where the original price exceeds the price you actually paid to obtain it. Again, you can only charge money equal to the amount that you yourself personlly paid for.
💖 You may add monetary value equal to the commission money that you yourself paid for after you obtained the design.
💖 The following do not count towards resell price: picrews, gifted art, self-made art, traded art. ※ If the acquisition of the artwork did not involve a monetary transaction, it does not count towards resell value.
💖 If the design was gifted, please ask the previous owner before trading it off. Reselling a gift is banned.
💖 I do not bear the responsibility of solving or mediating co-owning disputes.
Edit/redesign
💖 For modification of my artwork itself, please refer to my art TOS.
💖 You are free to modify my designs as much as you'd like as long as it is somewhat recognizable from its original and doesn't break any other rules specified here.
💖 I retain credit to the design, no matter how vastly different the edit/redesign is.
💖 I will not, however, claim exclusive credit. Please credit both me and the redesigners involved.
💖 You automatically have permission to redesign my design into another species.
💖 Please do not intentionally whitewash my designs.
💖 Please do not intentionally replace a cultural theme with another one. (ex) redesigning a character wearing an a vietnamese ao dai to wear a chinese qipao instead)
💖 Please do not de-trans an obviously transcoded design. (ex. trans flag themed, transition scars, binders, prosthetics, etc)
💖 Please do not "cure" visible disabilities.
💖 Please refer to my content boundaries. Anything in there is a no-no.
