PAYMENT & PLANS

PLEASE DO NOT request a payment plan unless you are absolutely sure that you can make all the payments on time and in full. 

unless you would like payment reminders, you are fully responsible for making payments on the agreed time. if you fail to make a payment on time, you will receive a warning. if this occurs again after the warning, the adopt will no longer be sold to you, you will not receive a refund, and you will be blacklisted. 

• all payment will be done through paypal invoice (USD)
• payment should be made within 48 hours, otherwise i will assume you've backed out
• payment plans are available for adopts that are more than $100, but require some form of deposit up-front
• adopts that are under $200 are not eligible for payment plans over a month
• payment plans are extremely flexible, just be sure to communicate with me and we can work something out

PERMISSIONS

• you are more than welcome to trade, sell, or gift designs made by me - the only exception to this is if the design was originally traded, please do not sell a design that was initially traded.
• please do not resell a design for higher than it was purchased (commissioned art can add to its value but the base price should remain the same)
• designs are for personal use ONLY, please let me know if you'd like to use a design commercially.
• both artwork and design must be credited - you can link back to my toyhouse or be sure to add me as a creator if on toyhouse (dalimash) do not claim the design & art as your own.
• you are free to make any edits, ideally edits would keep the original design recognizable but its not necessary.
• please do not edit the original artwork of the design

blatantly breaking these rules will result in being blacklisted.
