Hey hey, I'm trying to poke past the 30 or so people who see my art on instagram with how rough the algorithm has been. I love toyhouse to try to push adopts / stuff but I miss the art community I had when I was younger on scratch + deviantart because I was actually seen/ reached out to.

I dissolved my Deviantart account years ago with the AI surge and have no interest in going back. I was wondering what everyone else really bases their art on nowadays?? I really like bluesky and hope it gets larger. I miss having a place to link people/portfolio manage so Im coming to the masses to see if im literally just missing a website or app corner.

Hey hey, just letting everyone know I'm so sorry for not responding to any messages, questions, or etc right now. I'm on day 5 of no power or water with the impact of hurricane Helene, which hit my side of western NC with more destruction than we've seen in years. We are typically invincible to stuff like this, so to see this level of hurt in my town is horrifying.

My husband and I live paycheck to paycheck, this is detrimental to us and thousands of others. Entire highways, houses, plots of land are... gone. We are basically cut off from our jobs and barely have communication with others with spotty internet. When I get power back, I plan on opening very very discounted commissions to help support us and my family. In the meantime, please please feel free to offer on any of my characters as I am more flexible than ever with offers to try and raise money.
