feel free to ask for them on anyone except for cookie (mainly because he’s trade locked) even if i haven’t paid off the character yet, idc. (it’s very rare that i back out of holds or plans, ive only ever done it once in the entire 5 years ive been on th. this will probably be more efficient than backup offers.)

i do not use pinglists until a char is FULLY ufo! if you want to know when a char is eo, sub to me and watch out for profile edit notifs.
