Great Blue is a comic about the past, present, and future, and why they need one another. Taking aesthetic inspiration from the 40s and 50s, as well as dubious science from far ahead of us.
It takes place following the cover-up of the Daedulus Project, an ambitious attempt to set humanity on the evolutionary path to flight. At the same time, it takes place centuries beforehand- in the fallout of a global apocalypse, where Mr. Blue must confront the physical manifestation of what he's on track to become, left behind by a careless inventor.
